Our mermaid courses are designed to teach you the fundamentals of mermaid swimming and performance. You'll learn:

• Basic mermaid swimming techniques: Discover how to move through the water using your mermaid tail.

• Mermaid fitness: Improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance.

• Mermaid performance: Learn how to create stunning underwater poses and routines.

• Dates: October 6-8th and October 26-28th

• Location: David L. Bodenhamer Center, Gulf Shores, AL. Vortex Springs, Ponce de Leon, FL.

• Equipment: We provide mermaid tails and weight belts, but you'll need to bring your own mask & snorkel, bi-fins, swimsuit/wetsuit and towel.
